STRENGTH TRAINING

Ability to move heavier and heavier objects OR the ability to move those objects for more repetitions.  Strength training will improve all aspects of life while increasing the body's durability.

TRX WORKOUTS

Form of training utilizing bodyweight with assistance of TRX straps.  Effective for all levels of fitness, especially great for injury rehab + prevention and addressing body imbalances/ postural muscles.

CARDIO FITNESS

Great for improving the body's endurance while simultaneously improving your heart and lung function.  Execution can be in the form of Biking, Running/Sprints, Boxing, Jump Rope, Circuits, etc.

KETTLEBELLS

Originally hailing from Russia, KBs are an invaluable and unique tool aiding in improving strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and body mechanics.

CORE DEVELOPMENT

Much more than abdominals, your core includes lower back muscles and numerous other stabilizers. Incorporating core training to build a strong trunk is a necessity for injury prevention, longevity, strength and all around health and well being.

WEIGHT LOSS

Improving body composition is more than a visual benefit. It improves athletic performance, reduces joint load and reduces strain on your cardiovascular system.  Weight loss is primarily changed by addressing diet and sped up with training.

POSTURE CORRECTION

Your muscles can't function properly if they're not balanced.  In an age of constant computer and cell phone use, certain muscles become lengthened while others are shortened beyond the optimal positioning.  The balance between those muscles are key to flexibility, strength and longevity.

MOBILITY TRAINING

Crucial to preventing injuries, flexibility is a must and more important as we age.  If you're too tight to move properly an injury will all but be inevitable.
